Laptop Loan Program Overview:

The Student Learning Center has implemented a waitlist system to better serve all students who require technology support. This structured approach helps us manage our resources effectively and ensures students receive laptops in a timely manner for the upcoming semester.

How the Waitlist Process Works:

• Students are automatically added to the waitlist at the end of each semester for the following term.

• Students may also call Dr. Campbell, Laptop Loaner Coordinator, 910.486.3927 or the Student Learning Center 910.678.8266 directly to add their name to the waitlist.
• At least 10 days before the semester begins, we contact waitlisted students by phone or through our Student Services Email (SSE) system.
• Appointments are scheduled for students to pick up their assigned laptops.
• If laptops remain available after all waitlisted students have been contacted, walk-in students may receive devices on a first-come, first-served basis

Early registration helps us better plan for distribution and ensures you receive timely notification about laptop availability.
