"The Welding Technology curriculum provides students with an insurmountable advantage in the world of skilled trades. Upon completion, a student will have: A firm foundation in the science and technology of welding theory, and practical application essential for successful employment in the welding and welding fabrication industry. Course Work includes: the latest in welding technology, including CNC plasma cutting, GMAW (MIG), GTAW (TIG), and SMAW (STICK) welding. Students will also be introduced Robotic MIG welding. These processes are being used in today’s fast-paced world of motorsports as well as some of the most complex building structures. Courses in blueprint reading, and safety procedures further prepare today’s student with industry-leading skills developed through classroom training and practical application."
