ASSOCIATE IN ENGINEERING

Associate in Engineering

"Engineering professions are spread across different industries, allowing for many different academic concentrations. Some examples of common engineering fields include: Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Industrial, and Mechanical Engineering. The Associate in Engineering program includes required general education and prerequisite courses that are acceptable to all state funded Bachelor of Engineering programs. Students who follow the degree progression plan will meet the entrance requirements at all public North Carolina Bachelor of Science Engineering programs. Associate in Engineering graduates may apply to any of these programs without taking additional and sometimes duplicate courses." Taken from FTCC's Associate in Engineering website.
